1/4cuphemp seeds
1tablespooncoconut flour
1/2cupwater
1/3cupcanned full fat coconut milk
Optional add-ins but recommended for flavor:
1/2tablespoonground cinnamon
1teaspoonvanilla
1-2teaspoonsmonk fruit sweetener depending on preference
Instructions
Add coconut, hemp seeds, water & milk in a medium saucepan.
